Stay away from Cometic on the SR. I have heard so many bad things about them having issues sealing and what not on the SR. Perhaps it's people not taking the correct preparation steps for it or what not.

Apexi, Cosworth, Search...

As for ARP's 4-steps to 80lbs... all to 20, then to 40 and so on.
