I have a 95 S14 OBD 1/2 between years but anyways when I use to have a AT i notice my gears be slipping sometimes then one day i only had 1 gear and no reverse so I was like fuck that time for 5spd swap only took me 2 days by myself working only like 8 hrs not so bad... hardest part was removing the freggin pilot bearing lol
