First of all.. It isn't illegal if it's less than 95db. I'm pretty sure that it is under the legal limit although I have not had it tested.

Second, I would appreciate it if you could point out where exactly I was "bitching" about anything. I was merely asking for anyone's advice who may have had their case thrown out due to an incorrect citing of their car on a ticket.

Also it concerns me that it isn't correctable...

I don't understand how she would think an exhaust violation would be something I could not fix and get signed off. Is this the norm when people are being cited for exhaust violations and I will just get a fix it ticket in the mail?
