if u have over 60,000 miles you should go ahead and replace your o2 sensor, i believe nissan says to replace them about every 30,000 miles. also when you just turn on your car you should feel the top of your valve cover right above the timing chain. if you can feel a ticking through the valve cover then it is prolly your upper timing chain guide. they don't even make them anymore for 96 and older 240's they say they are not needed and can just be removed. good luck with your car
