Thats weird, maybe after reading up on the package and confrencing with the sales guy here at North Point Mitsubishi for about 45 Min., he explained that I don't have to take it anywhere, they have a dealer in the area of Vishnu Performance ( Pleasanton, California) mod the car, then ship to San Antonio meaning that I do not have to take the car anywhere for an added $6275.
And that is the performance package I spoke of.
