So i've been searching for '95 obd1 vs obd2 and, correct me if i'm wrong, the only way to tell if you have an obd1 or obd2 is by where the obd port is located and not by the VIN. So question is when you go to get an inspection, how does the machine know to do the OBDII plug in test or just a sniffer test? i don't remember my s13 which is obd1 getting anything plugged in.
