This is the problem, You used a Garbage kit. If you wanted to do it right? first thing you should have done is get quality fenders. I.E. not Race on but name brand. Plus it looks like you bought widebody fenders. Hence the bulge outward in the front. at this point to match you would have to run widebody rear. I would not normally do this but here is a couple pics of my car. I did factory steel fenders. With a roll and pull in the rear to match the flare out of the S15 fender.

Oh and $1500 will not get you far in Japan. LOL
