For an Avatar, like the small image that is 48x48 pixels wide can be uploaded to the server and will show up as yours as long as you name your Avatar image the same thing as your nickname. So go here <a href="http://www.zilvia.net/forum/avupload.cgi" target='_blank'>http://www.zilvia.net/forum/avupload.cgi</a> and then upload the image and then go into your profile and select custom avatar or whatever until your nickname comes up. Note that as soon as the new forum software is done you Avatar will not be allowed to be anything over 64x64 pixels.
For a custom Signature like what your talking about you need to go into your profile and put in whatever img you want as your signature. Keep it small please. I will also have a restriction on the size of these with the new forum.
