Old cluster is a 95-96, new one is 97-98. I take it you wired the new one in, as the plugs don't match up. I mean, you'd have to. Shit.

So, some of the gauges themselves have small adjustments on them, more like traces you can cut/solder. There's a guide on here about doing this to calibrate for larger tires, I'm not sure if the S14 chassis had this or if was only the S13, but that's a start. The CONSULT software doesn't have any way of calibrating gauges, it's just a monitor and check from what I recall using one.
