Get the intercooler for the engine, not the chassis.
But, that only applies if the S13 sr has a stock intake manifold. If it has a Greddy intake manifold, get an S14 fmic.
The difference between the 2 is on the cold pipe due to the difference between the S13 and S14 intake manifold. The S13 hooks down, piping wise, while the S14 is fairly straight into the throttlebody.
