I have to point out that the comment about "no tail or wing" in the video is related to the Pentagon. The damage to the Pentagon was minimal (as you said), yet there is hardly any debris laid across the field that is common with a plane crash.
There are pictures of planes hitting mountains and even then there are recognizable pieces of a tail, wing and/or other large pieces debris.
