Yeah for the most part, stuff always catches up to you once it's not done correctly...You guys have it tough in the US. 99' spec models are legal in 2014 here in Canada. Hell yeah I'm waiting for one! I'll scoop one up closer to the release!

good luck making it road legal, not with those headlights.
skyline guys have been sucking donkey dick due to non-compliant headlights, and canadian laws are only getting more strict (and rightfully so). people keep getting in accidents, thinking their R32 Skyline GTS-T is a fuckin supercar with shitty H3 halogen headlights.
you can import it as a racecar, but like i said... good luck making it street legal.
i'll be more than happy to build a LHD headlight that is DOT compliant, but you guys better get a crapload of buyers (not window shoppers) who can put their money where their mouths are.
