Rob, since you practally duplicated the process on the other three and they are tight..you may have a bad O ring. I can't imagine number 2 being any different from the rest of the injectors unless some grime or something kept it from seating properly.

One thing that has worked for me is to lube the oil ring a shade so it seats properly..(like you do on the oil filter seal) Some crud may have gotten somewhere you may not have noticed...or your rail is slightly bent...or you got a bad O ring.

You can make them contract some by sticking them in the freezer for about 20 mins as well.

I had a bowl-plate gasket that was simply too big to fit the seal on a Mazda carb once..the freezer trick made it work every time I had to adjust the float.
