One thing that has worked for me is to lube the oil ring a shade so it seats properly..(like you do on the oil filter seal) Some crud may have gotten somewhere you may not have noticed...or your rail is slightly bent...or you got a bad O ring.
You can make them contract some by sticking them in the freezer for about 20 mins as well.
I had a bowl-plate gasket that was simply too big to fit the seal on a Mazda carb once..the freezer trick made it work every time I had to adjust the float.

Another post from Bill. Thanks for the post, after I drop the lady off at some school function, Im going to get started pulling everything apart. I wish I had the money for some injectors, as I know they need some TLC. What I plan to do is, considering the R&R of the rail is like 15 minutes top, I will drop the lady off, get home and pull the injectors and rail, put the rings in the freezer. Go back to Rowan to pick her up. Come back and put **** together.
Is there any cleaning solution I can leave the injectors in over a short period of time to clear em out?
'nother question. What happens if my FRP's lower hose (from the very bottom) is dosconeccted?
