Hey sorry for the slow reply I don't check forums often so I rely on email. I believe these DO come with the koni warranty but I am not 100% sure on warranty status after having the product change hands. Although I don't think it's anything to worry about, fronts are brand new, rears are rebuilt/revalved by Koni themselves. And from everything I read as long as the cause of failure isn't the user's fault Koni seems to be very cooperative. Please direct future questions to

Edit: Missed the first question. Yes you'd need a tiny (iirc ~1mm) sleeve in the front to perfectly center the 2 washers... I was just going to use some o-rings. In the back as mentioned you need to figure out your own mounting solution, pretty easy to do with either stock mounts or an aftermarket pillowball unit like Tein.
