Ive never had a dog as a pet before but i can imagin how bad that must feel. Usually if this is reported the other dogs have a posibility of being euthenized.... really the neighbors are at fault i think for not having them secured. This can be dangerous.... what if it would have been a little kid playing on yard... And another thing any dog can be vicious not just pitts? They are how you raise them.
