Correct me if I'm wrong but 8/6.5kg/mm would be a bit stiff for stock koni's, especally if your lowered much.
I think I'd just go with the stock (gc) rates or atleast the stock front/rear ratio.
Personally, I wouldn't even know where to begin when picking custom rates. It'd take a lot of testing I think, or a lot of research and comparison between other springs.
I'd buy them straight from groundcontrol.
