A boost controller will hold in the neighborhood of 30psi easily, seeing as it is a simple valve that bleeds "Y" psi of air, fooling the wastegate/actuator into thinking its making "X" psi, even the turbo is running on "X + Y" psi. On EBCs, there are almost always a HI and LO setting, or A and B (depending on brand), and with a push of a button you can go from daily driving boost (6psi) to your racing boost (14psi).
