The wood panels on the Side? Yes they do.Im asking $25 shipped but i didn't go to the ups Store for a quote.Some of the Holes are torn but easily fixable.I can include some the buttons that attach the interior and maybe some zip ties lol? lmk.
EDIT-If you are talking about the wooden panel that covers the spare,that wont be included to reduce shipping cost.
