I took the sprockets off with the cams OUT of the car.
Wrap whole cam in towels, put it on workbench.
Adjustable box end wrench over hex portion (had one that BARELY squeezed in there)....make sure it is ON and fits snugly.
Breaker bar on the bolt.
You can do it with 1 person....rotate the cam so that the wrench wedges down against the workbench.
Helps to have a second person to hold the cam down and hold the wrench tho.
