allows you to adjust camber, and the car handles better, although more road feel. Replaces that stock rubber/silicone bushing (which is comepletely shot as well, on my car).

tension rod doesn't have any thing to do with your camber. what they do is to eliminate flexing which rubber bushing would on uneven road surface, hard braking, cornering, especially with wider tires. when tension rod bushings flex they also change the toe of your car which you would notice usually on uneven road surface at high speed and stopping.
