wow i actually sat thru all 70 minutes of this. alot of it is really really funny and this guy has many excellent points. george lucas having total creative control is the worst idea in film making i've ever heard. my friend ashly worked for ILM in sf for awhile and everyone there was either in such awe or such fear of lucas that no one would dare tell him no about anything. basically he just ran amok and did things just because he COULD, not because he SHOULD.
