Which is the fault of the seller, not the buyer. IMO, it shouldn't be up to the buyer to make sure items are in stock, it should be up to the seller. If they kept their online inventory up to date, they wouldn't have to deal with with people calling in asking if something is in stock. They also wouldn't have to worry about people ordering things that aren't in stock and then making a fuss about it. But that's just good business to me.
