He corrected himself, I said belt. He said that him and Josh (my friend) took the valve cover off and inspected the chain and everything before they put it in. The compression was tested as well. It's not a million dollar job car but I can tell he took the time to put it together right. He didn't use cheap parts either and he knows his cars pretty well. He's also got a 94 TT Supra BPU, a 20G 07 STi and this was his third car. Josh has built many SR's and currently has two of them. I trust them. I see nothing that indicates a hackjob.
