So, your wheels are mag shank?

If they really are mag shank, I hope they're also hub centric.

We need a close up picture of the lug nut mounting surface to help you. Most wheels are acorn seats... But I don't recognize those wheels, and the nuts you posted are mag shank.

Actually, the lug on the right looks A LOT like an OEM Toyota lug. Is it 12x1.5?
