When I first learned that the rear speakers were not needed I was driving an s13, it supposedly is a trick that delsols use in sound competitons. So I figured it would work in the s13 and it did. I know drive and s14 and to me at least it sounds better to have 2 infinity kappa component sets up front rather than all around. By the way the reason that the cap saves your alternator and battery is that when ever your amp goes to push power to your subs it has to draw that power from somewhere and that somewhere is your battery and then your alternator. neither of which were made to have this much power drawn from them. thats why your head lights amd stereo dim. but the cap will fix all the dimming becouse when in heavy use with large amounts of base the cap will supply the extra power needed to run the amp and not your battery.
