My car came with lowering springs when I bought it and it still rides pretty nice and handles well. I'd still like to get coilovers so I can go lower, maximum performance, and so I can adjust them. It's a pretty obvious choice. I'd say stick it out for another few weeks and get coilovers instead, you'll be a lot more satisfied.
