Yeah, you can.
I don't have a camber guage so my way is a little primative. I have a flat and level garage so I built a rig using a builders square mounted on heavy feet. I put adjusting screws on it to level it but that was probably overkill cuz I never use them.
Anyway, I put the rig on the floor next to the wheel with the vertical edge of the square in the center (the small part of the "L" shape pointing away from the wheel). Pick a uniform spot on the center top and center bottom of the rim. I use the outward facing edge on my s14 SE wheels (outside of where the tire bead goes). Measure the distance from the bottom spot to the vertical edge of the square. Do the same for the top spot. Subtract the bottom distance from the top distance (this makes it a right triangle).
On mine it's---> 2.59" - 2.0" = .59
Then divide that number by the distance that the two spots were apart (for me it's 16.62) ...so -----> 0.59"(a)/16.62"(c) = 0.035499xxxxxxxxxxx
Then arcsin this number. With my #s it 2.03xxx so that means I'm at neg 2 degrees.
