cloud seeding causes CLOUDS, not HAZE.
and if they were doing cloud seeding, wouldn't we be seeing RAIN?
i know its been raining quite a bit in the last week or 2 in socal (not sure how much, i'm in WI right now) but you'd think that if they were cloud seeding on a daily basis that we would be seeing far more precipitation.
