I also had a similiar problem with my clutch interlock relay. So I just ran it straight thru. But be careful if you're in the US not to say that to your inspection guy because it's technically illegal to have that safety feature disabled on your manual transmission. It's akin to not having an airbag in an airbag equipped car from the factory.
