ok since i dont have FSM. you have a volt meter? just test outta the connector. unplug from headlights. hook up battery. turn on headlights on lo check for 12V and then switch to high check for 12V and check for continuity to ground. and label the wires. should be same layout of both sides...

as for grounds as long as ONE light is only on at a time then theres no problem. if you plan on running both lights a "upgrade" in wiring is required to avoid future problems.... electrical diag sucks!

as far as the HID itself dont touch wiring. the only thing if you had to would be wiring the connector to original oem wiring. and for halogen it's as easy as extending wires (use same gauge wire to handle current of the headlight)...

i'll continue looking for headlight connector wiring... i'll check later on when i get to my car if i have time for you...
