5Zigen Fireball is a cat-back exhaust, not an intake.
Before you do anything, learn the car. Drive it at least a month stock...especially since you're just getting into cars. Learning the car will help you plan what you want to do with it in the long run. During this initial "introduction" to the car, make sure the car is in good working order. Fix anything that's broke before you upgrade stuff that isn't.
Ok...you've learned the car, you've fixed everything, and you know what you want to do with it.
I would suggest upgrading the suspension first...especially the tires. This is what keeps the car connected to the road. Check into some good spring/strut combos, good set of tires (rims too if you wish), sway bars, strut tower bars, and maybe some polyU bushings (check your tension control rod bushings...$10 says they're shot). Now you can handle some power. This is already rather lengthy, so decide what you want to do and ask more specific questions.
