They aren't black things. Maybe yours were just covered in tranny oil. They are gold. The two things preventing it from sliding is a stud with an oval shaped top that has a nut that threads on to it. The flat oval thing mounts up above and the nut comes from the bottom. I don't have any specific names but you might be able to describe it that way.
