I searched for days and picked up a lot of good info on the motor, so I just changed my oil 10w30 mobile 1 synthetic, oil filter with mobil1 for 91 sentra ser , and my fuel filter and also my transmission gear oil.

I changed the oil and gear oil about 4 days apart. and in betwen i drove to the beach and back fine.

Right AFTER i changed my gear oil, the needle on the thermostat on my guage cluster goes all the way up to "H" and bounces around there. But the caar drives fine. I drove to work today (3 miles drive) and it did it again. When i turn the car off and pop the hood you hear a boiling noise coming from the around the head.

If you have a phone that can receive mms i can send you a sond clip.

So i cant narrow down as to what is causing this? Head gasket? and the car revs at 2K at a stop.
