Which Turbo?
Don't they have this info in the Premium hookup section?
go to Garrett's website look-up the info on your turbo, they have a schematic with A\R, bolt spacing, and thread pitch etc.

I think i used the drain bolts from the t25, on the gt28r, I know I used the drain bolts from the gt28r on the gt2871r.
