no car is legal to drive w/o insurance. i think the reason the nsx is cheaper is probably because the people who generaly own them know how to drive better. theyre usualy older and know what theyre getting into with an MR car with 290hp. they also have more experience on the road because they are older. not to mention theyre serviced by honda. its very cheap to service a honda.
