UPDATE:::: Car is getting fixed. So it'll be running perfectly. Downside- the price will go up some. But you'll get a great running car.

driver side floor pan has been cut, the section where the cat passes underneath, and the transmission tunnel has been slightly notched as well.
Floor pan replaced with sheet of 16 ga. sheet metal. making the floor flat and the notching the transmission tunnel allowed me to lower the driver seat and center it to the steering wheel. I've fixed a tonnn of stuff since I got the car. Lots of time and cash monies recently.
