Oh by the way, If I spray on that underbody coating stuff, will it stop rust that has already started eating the metal, or can the rusting process still go on underneath the coating, I am curious because I just bought a beautiful 240 but underneath it is a massive rust pit that probably wouldnt make it through one more salty winter. If I spray this underbody coating on all the parts will it last me a lot longer. Thanks for the info.

What you want to do is to sand out all the rust first before you spray the underbody coating on. If you spray them directly onto the untreated surface the rust still continues to spread underneath, perhaps just a bit slower.
Theres' no easy way to fight rust, it's like cancer cells & they spread like a mutha.
