There's so much horrible advice in here it hurts to read. Many companies make clear coat safe solvents that are perfectly fine to use on your car. Use that first. Chances are that if its just paint transfer, that will be fine for 99% of people. Depending on how deep the scuff marks are depends on how abrasive of a product you would have to use. Wetsanding, air buffers, etc.. are you guys serious? LOL
