My name is Tim and I'm from New Zealand (NB: It's the country just south of Australia - Many years ago some the brighter Australians grew tired of drinking bad beer in a can and paddled here in a Waka.)
I have just completed a SR swap into a 180sx to replace the ageing CA18DET. The plan is to build it up into a tidy street car running some oldschool HKS goodies. I already have an ostentatious S13 to slide in, so the 180sx needs to stay a tidy street car.
Anyway I was just wondering if you guys would be interested in a build thread for both cars. Among the interesting things coming up we've got an EBC & HKS gauge install, attempting to road tune an old HKS FCON with a GCC and consult software, messing with a PowerFC to try and get it going and we are also going to try and relocate the 180sx headlight motors down into the bumper when fitting a part shop max intercooler kit.
Let me know if you guys are keen on a thread and I'll throw something together over the next few nights.
