One thing you can do to help is make sure you seal the car before you hit it with any color and splash some reducer in the sealer so it lays down nice and smooth, then when you spray the color don't use too high or low psi through the gun. When you get to clear don't spray unevenly, usually thats when you will get runs or dry spots. I'm doing a single stage so I don't have to worry about the clear. Is a 26/gal compressor gonna be big enough to spray? And do you know around what pressure I should set it at?
