Fan hit wiring, engine not quite starting?!

Well i have really done it to myself this time and im here to hopefully see if anyone can lend me some advice. I had installed a koyo radiator in preparation for my rb25 swap that i am getting together within the next couple months. Well i had not put the shroud back on and secured the wiring harness that runs across the radiator support well enough. I paid the price and my fan ended up hiting it when i was flying through a turn and over a bump. The revs on the tach went crazy and the motor cut out.
The section of the harness that was hit connects to the ignition coil, igntion control module and MAF sensor as well as 2 vacuum lines becoming chopped. The car wouldnt start but cranked. (no injector pulse).
I replaced the computer as well as repaired the harness, soldering everybit of wire that had been brazed. I had also changed the distributer thinking it was the crank angle sensor. Now the engine fires for a split second but will not run.
I am thinking the ignition control module is at fault and was blown along with the computer, but i am clearly getting intial spark. Has anyone had a problem where the car has fired for a second but wont run? Any ideas in the right direction would help me greatly this is my only car I own right now.

It is a ka24e in an 1990 s13 by the way.
