My question to you is, are you really that limited on space that you can't even run a mid tower? Also, what are you going to be doing that you need/want to run an i5 chip? Don't get me wrong they are good and all, but so many people are buying these high end cpu's, and not even putting them to work. You could also look into AMD quads, or regular intel quad chipsets. You could save some money, going that route.
