im not gonna be an A-hole like some on here but if you didnt look/test drive the car before you bought it, it is your fault. fix it/sell it and take it as a lesson learned.

Youll go through more headaches if you try and get a lawyer and all that. Btw usually cars as sold AS IS and ur stuck with what you bought.

A coworker of mine bought a miata and the motor blew on the way home, asked for his money back, didnt so took him to court and the judge told him exactly this " used cars are sold AS IS ,too bad" plus he paid a decent amount on court fees.

anyways good luck, maybe try contacting him to see if hell help you out.
