So... Here's what happens. dalers08 was right. My brake booster is shot. I unplug the vacume line on teh booster and it starts sucking like crazy, (car still on) plug it back in and viola! Car goes rolling easlily.

So my question is now, A new Brake booster, does it matter ABS or not? also years matter?

So here's my upgrade setup for all you to know

G35 Brembo Calipers, With Brembo Solid rotors. SS Brake lines. BM57 and Dot 4 Brake fluid. Rears are just slotted and drilled rotors.

Such a hard thing to get teh 300zx Ebrake assembly and ebrake cables oh such a headache. But its ok! i'll get my rear brembo's too!
