http://www.ka-t.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=49910 <-- guy on KA-T.org that posted his own review of the exhaust. Better pics and more of them. He's s14 also.

This is on my 1995 s14. Mounting of the exhaust was pretty straightforward. As you can see from the pictures it has good ground clearance. The exhaust is pretty quiet. It's deep but like a shallow deep if you know what I mean. You can hear it but can't "feel" it. I don't know. Sound clip doesn't do it justice so i decided not to post one.

On the other hand, I ran into 3 major problems, 2 of which is probably a fault on my part. The bolts that go into the cat were too big and I had to reuse the ones from my stock exhaust (which is some home depot shit anyway). The flanges didn't really line up right so I had exhaust leaks at every bolting point(yes... i did torque them down ALL the way). Fixed that problem with ultra copper gasket maker. Last problem was fitment. First fitment issue was the seat bolt lol. It dented my piping but that's my fault for not seeing it as an issue. Second is the flanges connecting the muffler and midpipe/resonator pipe is hitting my subframe. I stuck some cardboard and some shop towels between to get rid of the noise. Other than that, I did pay what I paid and got what I got imho. I wasn't willing to pay 500+ cause I'm broke and cheap :]

I really like the exhaust. I came from a 2.5 inch straight pipe so this is like a totally different world lol. A lot quieter and looks pretty nice on the car. I would recommend buying this for other people as long as they don't mind having to do a little personal modifications here and there . 4/5
