check grounds. get a capacitor for the amp. make sure power steering is topped off(uses more power when low)
stock alternator is 90amps or so? which is roughly 900watts.
Car needs atleast 50-60 to run ok. so that leaves about ~300watts for your system. even then you don't want to load the alternator at 100%, at idle it will not make enough power.

rebuild alt to higher amperage, or just get a new one already built for high amps.
noise filter does nothing except get rid of the noise... but alternator is still being hurt from all the drain.

voltage should be at 13.8-14.4 when car is on, which means healthy alt/batt (I am at 13.6-13.8 with 100watt rms amp)
12.3-13.2 is too low, anything in the 12's is too low when the car is on.
fix it before the alternator takes out the battery... they take each other out.
run car with amps disconnected, see if you get good voltage.
