No sir I've seen quite a few different ones on the JDM cars, I've even seen the suede type in black... I used to work for JDM Engine Depot so we'd get clips in all the time and you could see the glovebox fabric on the clips but obviously no door panels or seats. That's why I'm wondering if there was anything special on the k's aero package cars.
