i just want to get a few things cleared up. i ordered seats over 5 months ago and was told it was on its way last month. then all of a sudden you guys told me my money has been refunded and i have yet to find the transaction in my account. i just want to know what happened? why was my transaction canceled? when was the date my money was refunded to me? its been over a week and a half and still no replies to my email i sent you.
