"full on racing suspension"? What is that exactly?
I've got a lot of track experience and regularly podium in Solo2 and I'm pretty sure I couldn't make intelligent use of a "full racing" setup. Collecting expensive, exotic parts is fine if that's your deal but you can make an otherwise decent car drive like ass if you jump in head first.
Also, you haven't given us enough info to give advice on setups. What kind of condition is the car in? What kind of diff? Tires? It makes a difference.
Just take your time. Read. Search. Ask questions. (in that order)
